Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care based on patient needs and expected outcomes. Provide safe, ethical, patient‑centered care while supporting dignity, diversity, and autonomy. Prioritize care based on patient condition and unit needs. Safely administer medications and treatments; perform technical skills per policy. Recognize and respond to emergencies, initiating appropriate interventions. Evaluate patient responses to care and revise plans in collaboration with the care team. Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Supervise delegated tasks and ensure quality care delivery. Participate in organizational activities such as committees, staff meetings, and unit initiatives. Support student learning and staff development; serve in leadership roles as needed. Maintain professional competence through continuing education and self‑assessment. Build collaborative, collegial relationships across the healthcare team. Identify and act on opportunities for process improvement. Requirements
