About The Position
Registered Nurse - PACU Why work as a RN in PACU at Munson Healthcare? · Teamwork and support - our multidisciplinary teams include experienced and new graduate RNs, providers, clinicians and support staff who will help you transition to your new role. · Provides and pre and post anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients · Works collaboratively with anesthesia providers · Perform outpatient and inpatient surgeries, 60-70 cases/day · PACU Residency Program (12 months) · Commitment to growth and development – thousands of educational offerings, leadership development, simulation education and tuition reimbursement.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
- BCLS, and ACLS, required upon hire, PALS within 6 months of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Experience caring for adult surgical patients within the last 3 years preferred.
