How you’ll make an impact in this role Bridge the gap between clinical teams, administration, and community partners to ensure seamless care coordination and organizational alignment. Champion clinical excellence by leading quality improvement initiatives and educational programs that elevate the standard of patient care. Drive data-informed progress by tracking patient outcomes and identifying strategic opportunities to refine and improve internal processes. Advocate for health equity by securing essential follow-up care and resources for uninsured and underinsured populations, ensuring no patient is left behind.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Nice To Haves
- 3 years nursing experience
- Oncology experience strongly preferred
