About The Position
We are seeking an experienced RN for a PCU/Step Down unit to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience managing patients requiring close monitoring and advanced care.
Requirements
- Active RN License (MO or compact)
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent PCU/Step Down experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in PCU/Step Down unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, vital signs, and response to treatment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed
