About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory with strong Primary Care experience to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have recent acute care hospital experience and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering safe, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Active New York State RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent experience (within the last 2 years) in an acute care hospital of similar size and level
• Primary Care experience (Required)
• Strong nursing assessment skills in an acute care setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Ambulatory or Urgent Care experience
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Hospital (Highly Desired)
• Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory/primary care setting
• Perform patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR (EPIC preferred)
• Ensure delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centered care
