About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) experience to join a high-performing Open Heart surgical team in Newark, Delaware. In this role, you will support complex cardiovascular and open-heart surgical procedures while delivering exceptional patient-centered care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (state license required upon hire).
- Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience
- Required experience in Cardiac / Open Heart CVOR procedures
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred or willingness to obtain within 3 years of hire
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care during cardiovascular and open-heart surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain sterile surgical environments and ensure adherence to patient safety protocols.
- Monitor patient status and assist with intraoperative care and documentation
- Support the surgical team in delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
