About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a busy clinic/ambulatory care setting in Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in an outpatient environment, supporting primary care services, performing clinical assessments, and delivering patient education to promote overall health and wellness.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinic or ambulatory care experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in a clinic/ambulatory setting
• Perform patient assessments, vital signs, and health screenings
• Assist providers with routine exams and diagnostic procedures
• Administer immunizations, medications, and injections as ordered
• Deliver patient education on chronic disease management, medications, and preventive care
• Provide pre- and post-procedure care as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Support daily clinic workflow and patient scheduling needs
