About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment. The RN will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, support families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Proven experience in a high-acuity Emergency Department setting preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care within the full scope of RN practice
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Implement and evaluate patient care interventions
• Address physical, emotional, psychological, educational, and spiritual patient needs
• Accurately collect, document, and communicate patient information
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Support patient and family education and community health initiatives
• Coordinate patient flow within the Emergency Department
• Assign staff and oversee daily departmental operations
• Receive and manage pre-arrival reports from EMS and external providers
• Collaborate with triage staff to prioritize walk-in patients
• Coordinate admissions and bed placement with hospital leadership
• Work closely with RNs, providers, ED technicians, clerical staff, and crisis evaluators
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
