About The Position
Full-Time Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Intake - Community Hospice The Community Hospice has a full time opportunity for an Intake RN. This is PRIMARILY an Office position. Position Highlights: National pre-taxed mileage reimbursement Meetings and charting conducted via supplied lap top Comprehensive orientation provided Responsibilities: Assessment of eligibility for hospice services, processing, and scheduling of admissions Option to cross train into Admissions Collaborate with community partners What you will need: A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York Associates Degree in Nursing, BSN preferred 1 year experience as an RN required, 2 years RN experience with recent acute and/or hospice experience is preferred Ability to navigate through several EMR platforms Good communication skills to collaborate with community partners and work with an interdisciplinary team. Pay Range: $38.00-$50.18 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. Requirements
- A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
- Associates Degree in Nursing, BSN preferred
