Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience (ICU, ER, or CVICU preferred)
PCU/IMCU experience considered with 2+ years
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required
Active RN license (or compact/multistate license)
BLS and ACLS required (ACLS within 6 months if not current)
TNCC and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
CCRN preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive care for critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring
Perform detailed patient assessments and respond rapidly to clinical changes
Manage advanced treatment protocols, including ventilators and vasoactive medications
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical standards
