Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery - Goldsboro, NC (Full Time, Direct Hire Role) Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery Location: Goldsboro, NC (27534) Schedule Full-Time Night Shift (Exact schedule details will be discussed during the interview) Compensation Base Pay Range: $33.00 – $54.45 per hour (based on experience) This range applies to: Experienced Registered Nurses New Graduate Registered Nurses (less than 1 year of RN experience) Shift Differentials Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM): $3.30/hr Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM): $6.00/hr Weekend Differential: $10.00/hr Holiday Differential: 50% added to base rate Specialty Differential (OR, ER, ICU): $2.00/hr Note: Shift differentials may be combined when applicable (for example, weekend night shifts). Commitment & Retention Incentives New Graduate RNs (3-Year Commitment) Total Incentive: $15,000 Payment Schedule: Upon Hire: $1,000 90 Days: $1,000 6 Months: $2,000 1 Year: $4,000 2 Years: $7,000 Patient-Facing RNs – Days (Other Units) 3-Year Incentive: $20,000 4-Year Incentive: $30,000 Payment Schedule: 6 Months: $1,000 1 Year: $3,000 2 Years: $6,000 3 Years: $10,000 4 Years: $10,000 Patient-Facing RNs – Nights (Other Units) 3-Year Incentive: $25,000 4-Year Incentive: $35,000 Payment Schedule: 6 Months: $1,500 1 Year: $3,500 2 Years: $8,000 3 Years: $12,000 4 Years: $10,000 Relocation Assistance (2-Year Commitment) Based on distance from the facility: 50 – 250 miles: $2,500 251 – 500 miles: $5,000 501+ miles: $10,000 Paid-in-Lieu-of-Benefits (PLB) Differential Full-Time: 30% added to base hourly rate Part-Time: 20% added to base hourly rate PLB teammates: Receive higher hourly pay instead of benefits Are eligible for shift differentials and performance bonuses Are not eligible for PTO accrual or standard benefits participation For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
