MAJOR FUNCTION: Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process. Meet the needs of the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team throughmunication, coordination, and evaluation. Requirements

You must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position.
Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by law.
American Heart Association BLS required.
American Heart Association ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
Critical Care Course required within 6 months of hire.
Dysrhythmia course required within 3 months of hire.

Nice To Haves

BSN or MSN graduates preferred
Medical Surgical nursing experience preferred.
One-year clinical experience in specialty area required for per diem positions, two years preferred.
National Certification in area of specialty preferred.
