About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Med/Surg) to provide quality patient care in a hospital setting. The RN will work with physicians and healthcare teams to monitor patients, administer treatments, and support pre- and post-operative care.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
- Recent hospital experience within the last year
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN)
- Active New York RN License
- BLS – American Heart Association
- ACLS – American Heart Association
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg unit
- Monitor patient condition and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments
- Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures
- Assist with pre-operative and post-operative care
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Follow hospital safety and infection control protocols
