About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care through the application of the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, delegation, and evaluation. The RN demonstrates proficient, compassionate, and professional communication with patients, families, visitors, colleagues, providers, and community partners. Responsibilities include performing nursing duties accurately and efficiently, assisting providers, and carrying out orders while maintaining thorough and timely documentation. The RN practices in accordance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act, professional nursing standards, and LRHC policies and procedures. This role requires sound clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively to ensure safe, comprehensive, and compassionate patient care. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform within the registered nurse scope of practice.
- Current Healthcare Provider-level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within six months.
- Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work at the clinic site as scheduled, including travel to other clinic sites.
- Current Minnesota RN Licensure
- CPR Certificate
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- The RN delegates and supervises nursing care consistent with professional standards and the scope of practice as defined by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
