We are seeking a dynamic, culturally respectful, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in delivering exceptional oncology care and supporting our patients every step of their journey. What You’ll Do: As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Salish Cancer Center, you will lead with heart, guiding our team to deliver exceptional, compassionate oncology care while supporting patients and families throughout their cancer journey. Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients, including triage, infusion services, care coordination, and patient/family education. Serve as a primary point of contact for physicians regarding verbal and written orders and coordinate implementation with nursing staff. Administer treatments and medications, monitor patient responses, and intervene promptly in adverse reactions. Manage physician orders, coordinate care with providers and pharmacy, and serve as a primary contact for clinical questions. Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record and maintain regulatory, safety, and quality standards. Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to promote efficient clinic workflow and continuity of care. Support new patient intake, follow-up care, and overall patient experience with compassion and professionalism. What You Bring: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active WA State RN license. Two (2) years of infusion therapy experience. Oncology experience preferred. Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certification or ability to obtain within three (3) months of hire. Certified Oncology Nurse (OCN) credential preferred. Current BLS certification. Requirements
