Position Overview As a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) with Affirmed Home Care, you will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes. Our home care model allows nurses to focus fully on their patient while delivering individualized, high-quality care. Most cases offer 8–12 hour shifts, providing consistency along with scheduling flexibility. Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN License
- 1 year of pediatric nursing experience in home care or acute care preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
- Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of pediatric nursing experience in home care or acute care
