About The Position

Assist physician and ensure maximum efficiency; this includes taking vitals, rooming patients, etc. if needed. Set up for procedures and examinations; obtain lab test and other reports for physician review. Triage patients to ensure productive departmental flow; revise daily schedule ensuring all pertinent records are available for physician review. This position will focus on assisting sleep Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Providers. Requirements

Graduate certificate from accredited Registered Nurse RN program
12 to 18 months related experience and/or training
RN degree and State RN license. Current CPR License

Responsibilities

Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc.
Assist APRN or PA as needed
Monitor sample medications to ensure not expired. Dispose of outdated samples appropriately
Assist physician and ensure maximum efficiency; this includes taking vitals, rooming patients, etc. if needed. Set up for procedures and examinations; obtain lab test and other reports for physician review
