About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in the Recovery Room (PACU) . The RN will deliver care using the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while ensuring patient safety and quality care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
• Active RN License – Massachusetts
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU, CVICU, CVPA, ER, SDC, or PACU experience within the last 5 years
• Experience with IV starts, hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilator care
• Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and maintain accurate documentation
• Perform patient assessments and monitor patient conditions
• Communicate patient information with the healthcare team
• Use electronic medical record systems for documentation
• Support staff training and participate in unit meetings
• Follow hospital safety and patient care policies
• Maintain professional development and clinical skills
