More about our team Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital is a 66-bed, inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital jointly operated by Lifepoint Rehabilitation and Mercy. Located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, we serve our community by helping patients on their journey to recovery after serious illness or injury. We seek enthusiastic professionals to provide superior care as part of our interdisciplinary team – all within a welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Applicants should have a current state RN license
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school
  • BLS Required

Nice To Haves

  • One year of Rehab experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
  • Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
  • Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
  • Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
  • Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
  • Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
