RNs in CCO are utilized to support the clinical needs of within PCU, Med Surg, and Outpatient Observation. As an RN on the Resource Team, you will float to at least two areas of expertise within these service lines. Several employee groups report into this department, including the Resource Team (RNs, NAs, PCAs, and HUCs), RN House Senior Managers, SWAT RNs, and non-clinical roles (Transport, Staffers, Dispatchers, Placement Reps, and Spiritual Care). This is a great opportunity to expand on your nursing skills and experience! Schedule: Full-Time Nights; 36 hours per week 7:00pm-7:30am. Holiday and weekend availability is required. You will also have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an 18% night-shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
