About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical-Surgical Stepdown unit. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care using clinical expertise, critical thinking, and strong communication skills. This role involves caring for patients with complex medical conditions requiring close monitoring and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing
• Active RN License (State or Compact)
• BLS & ACLS (American Heart Association)
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Stepdown or cardiac care experience

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Monitor patients requiring cardiac and critical care stepdown support
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
• Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical guidelines
