Requirements

• Applicants should have an Associates Degree in Nursing Required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred.
• Current RN to practice in the state of AZ
• BCLS

Responsibilities

• primarily provides patient care
• handles intake and discharge processes for the Wound Care Center patients as scheduled.
• may also serve as a Case Manager to a group of assigned Wound Care Center patients, as assigned and depending on the Wound Care Center setup.
• Assist in vein clinic as assigned after Healogics Vein Clinic training completed
