About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support residents’ long-term care needs.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
• New graduates are welcome (training provided)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of geriatric and long-term care practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail in documentation and patient care
• Ability to manage multiple patients efficiently
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (Preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Preferred)
• Experience in SNF or long-term care setting (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
• Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care and IV therapy
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives
