For more than 130 years, Episcopal Homes of Minnesota has served older adults in St. Paul’s Midway neighborhood. Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to work within federally funded healthcare programs
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Experience working with older adult populations

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols
  • Assess residents’ physical, cognitive, and emotional status
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
  • Supervise and support caregiving staff
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members
  • Document care, assessments, and changes in the EMR
  • Participate in infection control and quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
  • Promote a respectful, person-centered care environment
