Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team. Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Compassionate and professional approach to resident care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident condition, report changes, and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff during assigned shifts.
- Uphold resident dignity, privacy, and person-centered care values.
