What You’ll Do As a Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver safe, compassionate, high-quality care in an acute care setting by:

Requirements

Active RN license (state or compact)
ADN required; BSN preferred
BLS required; additional certifications per facility policy
Acute care experience preferred
Nurses who bring professionalism, compassion, and strong clinical judgment

Responsibilities

Performing comprehensive patient assessments
Developing and implementing individualized plans of care
Administering medications and treatments per policy and provider orders
Monitoring patient conditions and communicating changes to the care team
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care and discharge planning
Supporting patients and families throughout their care journey
Promoting patient safety and accurate clinical documentation
