Requirements

  • Graduate of a State-approved Registered Nurse (RN) program
  • Currently licensed in SC and must maintain an active license while employed
  • 1-year nursing experience
  • CPR Certificate
  • all employees are required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, or apply for and receive an approved exemption, as a condition of employment.

  • 1 Year of Senior Living Experience

Responsibilities

  • Respond to resident call system promptly and courteously.
  • Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
  • Follow OSHA compliance and safety procedures.
  • Provide resident care as assigned.
  • Respond to resident calls and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Dispense medications per physicians’ orders.
  • Accurately record and complete care plan documentation in a timely manner.
