Requirements

  • Must possess a valid California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Strong ability to assess resident needs and make sound clinical decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' conditions and monitor their overall health with a critical eye.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in close collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians with high accuracy.
  • Provide vital education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and recovery.
  • Ensure all nursing care and patient interactions are documented accurately and timely per facility policy.
  • Assist with emergency situations as needed, prioritizing resident safety and comfort at all times.
