Requirements

Must possess a valid California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Strong ability to assess resident needs and make sound clinical decisions.

Responsibilities

Assess patients' conditions and monitor their overall health with a critical eye.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in close collaboration with the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians with high accuracy.
Provide vital education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and recovery.
Ensure all nursing care and patient interactions are documented accurately and timely per facility policy.
Assist with emergency situations as needed, prioritizing resident safety and comfort at all times.
