Clinic Summary

At Centerpoint Pain & Spine, our goal is to help patients find relief, restore

or chronic pain caused by spine disorders, nerve injuries, musculoskeletal

Our physicians, nurse practitioners and therapists treat a wide range of
conditions affecting the back, neck, nerves and joints, including:

Herniated or bulging discs

Degenerative disc disease

How you’ll contribute 

You’ll make an impact by assessing the patient’s condition and nursing care
needs to create a specialized plan of care. You will collaborate with physicians
and provide patients and/or family with instruction and education relevant to
conditions. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage
your skills to directly impact patient wellbeing.

Requirements

• current state RN license
• possess an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire
• One year of experience preferred
