About The Position

Orchard Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team on a part-time basis. Requirements

  • Current and valid California RN license in good standing
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
  • Compassionate, professional, and dependable demeanor
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide and coordinate patient care according to physician orders and established policies
  • Monitor, record, and report changes in residents’ conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes
