Orchard Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team on a part-time basis. Requirements
- Current and valid California RN license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate, professional, and dependable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate patient care according to physician orders and established policies
- Monitor, record, and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes
