About The Position

Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in Sanford, FL to provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes. This role includes both initial patient assessments and routine skilled nursing visits , with compensation structured per visit or hourly depending on the case and service provided . This position is ideal for nurses who are confident working independently, experienced in home health, and skilled in completing thorough, accurate clinical documentation that supports patient care planning. Requirements

  • Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience
  • Ability to complete detailed, accurate clinical notes
  • CPR certification and Level II background screening
  • Ability to travel to patient homes
  • Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor

Nice To Haves

  • Home Health Experience: Strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Complete initial and ongoing skilled nursing assessments
  • Perform routine skilled nursing visits as ordered
  • Collect and document detailed clinical findings used to develop and update the patient’s Plan of Care
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled interventions
  • Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Complete accurate, timely, and defensible clinical documentation
