Job Description: We are actively looking for a compassionate, reliable, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. A Full-Time (FT) position is available offering competitive wages. Shifts: Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 12-hour shifts with a flexible schedule and shift differential pay. Requirements

Graduate of a State-approved Registered Nurse (RN) program
Currently licensed in SC and must maintain an active license while employed
1-year nursing experience
CPR Certificate

Responsibilities

Respond to resident call system promptly and courteously.
Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
Follow OSHA compliance and safety procedures.
Provide resident care as assigned.
Respond to resident calls and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
Dispense medications per physicians’ orders.
Accurately record and complete care plan documentation in a timely manner.
Greet residents, employees, and guests warmly, by name, and with a smile.
Treat everyone with courteous respect.
Anticipate resident, employee, and guest needs and act accordingly.
