Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary medical administrator responsible for overseeing healthcare needs and medication management for all individuals served. - Lead medical coordination efforts to ensure compliance with Rule 116 across all residential settings. - Develop and deliver training programs for contractual and on-call Registered Nurses (RNs), Medical Liaisons, and other healthcare staff. - Collaborate with the CDS Nurse to ensure seamless healthcare service delivery and adherence to best practices. - Support healthcare service growth initiatives by providing program support and contributing to strategic planning. - Monitor and ensure compliance with all internal policies, external healthcare standards, regulations, and licensing requirements. - Assist in the implementation of healthcare policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. - Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to healthcare operations and training activities. - Stay current with industry regulations and best practices to continuously improve healthcare services.
