About The Position
We are hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high‑quality, hands-on nursing care in a skilled nursing / long‑term care setting. This role offers a low nurse‑to‑resident ratio , allowing you to deliver individualized, relationship‑based care while working with a supportive healthcare team. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
- Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse
- Current CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Perform resident assessments and provide skilled nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments; monitor resident conditions
- Maintain IV/PICC lines and complete accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise and support CNAs as assigned
- Respond to changes in condition and medical emergencies
