About The Position
The RN is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for patients having a procedure performed in the Operating Room. The RN has advanced training in this area and provides care utilizing the nursing process, therapeutic environment, treatment and diagnostic processes, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
- Current Basic Life Support Level C (Healthcare Provider) certification required.
- Two years of acute care RN experience and/or approved OR RN training course.
Nice To Haves
- Current ACLS certification preferred.
