About The Position
Seeking Registered Nurse WOW! Baptist Health Floyd, Intensive Care Unit Part-time (24 Hours Weekly), Nights (7pm-7am) Weekend Only Work (WOW) Benefit Eligible $$ Sign On Bonus Eligible for Experienced External Candidates Only $$ Job Duties: In this role, the RN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers. About the Unit: The Intensive Care Unit is a 16-bed adult medical ICU providing specialized care for a variety of critically ill patients, including those with: stroke; sepsis; shock states with or without multi-organ failure; and respiratory failure. New graduate RNs are welcome. Position/Opportunity Highlights: Work every weekend and receive PREMIUM PAY for WOW shifts
Requirements
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required
- ACLS certification required (obtained within 12 months of hire)
- NIHSS Stroke Certification required (Obtained within 10 weeks of hire)
