About The Position
Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin Emergency Center has 22 beds with surge capacity, with Emergency Cardiac Care Center and Remote Stroke Certifications. Trained to care for traumatic injuries, acute illnesses, chronic illnesses, psychiatric conditions, and various other conditions. We have a robust orientation process with a duration that is tailored to ensure your success. Our nursing staff is provided with CPI, BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin is a 140-bed, acute care facility located in Milledgeville, Georgia providing 24/7 emergency services, radiology services, women's services and general medical and surgical services to the 150,000 residents living in Baldwin and surrounding counties.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
