Make a difference as a FULL TIME REGISTERED NURSE NEEDED 7a-7p As a Full-Time Registered Nurse at Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA 70816, your responsibilities will include assessing new patients within 8 hours of admission to ensure immediate and individualized care. You will provide nursing care as ordered by physicians, manage daily medication administration, and monitor storage practices to uphold safety and integrity. Participating in interdisciplinary formulations of individual treatment plans allows you to contribute your expertise to tailored patient care. You will also dictate and write progress notes for both one-on-one and group sessions, strictly adhering to hospital policies and procedures. Additionally, your role involves assisting in risk management activities to minimize injuries or illnesses among patients, staff, and visitors. Completing and signing mandatory admission paperwork in compliance with legal and hospital guidelines is essential.
