WORK SCHEDULE 36 hours per week 3x12 shift schedule This position works a mix of rotating day shifts and night shifts - additional details will be provided in the interview Must be available to work weekend shifts on a rotating basis DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION We are a 43-bed unit at a community hospital We support low acuity telemetry patients, general medical patients, and orthopedic and neurosurgery surgery patients Common surgical procedures on our floor include knee, hip, and joint replacements, calcified bone treatments, neck surgeries, and laminectomies Our staffing grid consistently allows for 1:4 and 1:5 nurse to patient ratios POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Join a close-knit team where everyone’s contributions are recognized Provide life-changing care to our patients We welcome new and experienced RNs to join our floor ABOUT UW MEDICAL CENTER-NORTHWEST UW Medical Center is an acute care hospital located in Seattle with two campuses: Montlake and Northwest.
