About The Position

Join Harborview Medical Center's t eams of outstanding Psychiatry Registered Nurses (RN) Harborview Medical Center is a level one adult and pediatric trauma center as well as regional burn center for a four-state region; a teaching and research hospital for the University of Washington; and a public/safety-net hospital for our diverse community. DEPARTMENT 21-bed unit 2:1 staffing ratios 24/7 security Our ICU patient population is primarily involuntary. Our nurses and staff understand de-escalation, seclusion, and restraint techniques. Our staff deal with a broad range of complex mental health and medical diagnosis. Requirements

  • Graduated from a accredited school of nursing
  • Have/obtain a WA state nursing license to practice or MSL
  • One or more years in psych nursing or acute care setting

Benefits

  • Compensation, Benefits and Position Details Pay Range Minimum: $45.59 hourly Pay Range Maximum: $84.47 hourly Other Compensation: $10,000 sign on bonus/Relocation available BSN premium $1.00/hr. Certification premium $1.25/hr. Evening shift differential $3.00/hr. Weekend shift differential $4.00/hr./ Sunday night premium $3.00/hr.
