About The Position

The University of Tennessee at Martin invites applications for the position of
Registrar. The Office of Academic Records, part of the Division of Enrollment
Management, plays a critical role in supporting student success, academic
integrity, and institutional effectiveness through the management of academic
records, registration, scheduling, and commencement operations.

Reporting to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management, the
Registrar provides leadership and strategic oversight for all functions related
to academic records and registration. This position collaborates with faculty,
academic leadership, Enrollment Management colleagues, and campus partners to
ensure accurate records management, effective academic operations, and
compliance with university, state, and federal policies. The Registrar
frequently interacts with students, faculty, and staff across the Martin campus
and instructional sites and may be required to work occasional evening or
weekend hours during peak academic periods. This position is an in-person role
located on the Martin campus. The successful candidate is expected to maintain a
regular on-site presence to support students, faculty, and university
operations.
