Requirements

Ability to evaluate ACF documentation and provide support to procurement professionals.
Good knowledge of policies, procedures, 1LMX.
Growing understanding and ability to interpret FAR, DFARs, and public law.
Strong analytical and communication skills, detailed oriented, team player, and ability to work with a growth mindset.

Nice To Haves

Experience with reviewing PO Folder documentation.
Working knowledge S4/Hana.
Subcontract management
International PO placement, and/or buying experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed reviews of purchase orders to ensure policy compliance.
Provide guidance to team members and internal customers on procurement processes.
Support preparation for Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR).
Investigate and resolve moderate‑complexity compliance issues.
Contribute to organizational projects and maintain FAR/DFAR expertise.
