About The Position

Regulatory Compliance Coordinator We’re seeking a detail‑oriented professional with integrity, curiosity, and strong analytical skills to join our team as a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator. In this role, you will support Otter Tail’s compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements by coordinating the collection, review, and organization of documentation for State commissions and agencies, NERC, and FERC. You’ll monitor regulatory changes, communicate new or revised obligations to subject matter experts, and assist in managing retail tariff administration across Minnesota, South Dakota, and North Dakota. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, exercises sound judgment, and can manage multiple priorities with clarity and calm. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Professional, Smartsheet, or SharePoint is a plus. This position also supports risk assessment activities, tracks potential compliance issues and mitigation efforts, and collaborates across departments to provide accurate regulatory information—occasionally requiring travel to support company needs. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
