About The Position

Drive programs for supply chain regulatory management including sensing and disposition, risk and impact assessment, process mapping and optimization, and cross-functional coordination. Plan, implement, and manage multiple projects and virtual teams to meet organizational priorities. Manage program schedule, scope, and resources, adjusting to new requirements and constraints over the program lifecycle. Plan and implement program governance structures in an organized and controlled fashion to ensure that decision making is occurring with the right people involved. Regular communication of program delivery results to interested parties. Ongoing communications and change management supporting program objectives, adoption and maturity. Identification, monitoring, and control of program risk, interdependencies, issues, and escalations. Your Impact Initiate and define the vision, high-level strategy, and roadmap for cross-functional regulatory governance and management that links to the organization and company goals and strategies Maintain inventory of relevant regulations and key requirements, working with sensing functions and cross-functional teams Disposition regulations that impact supply chain, including risk and impact assessments Identify emerging issues in compliance and recommend strategies to get ahead of regulatory shifts Map cross-functional regulatory compliance processes; identify and drive continuous improvement through standardization and automation Liaise with teams in supply chain, legal, government affairs, and finance to establish standard methodologies and controls for the regulatory lifecycle Use sophisticated analytical thought and data analysis to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions Champion transformation initiatives by introducing innovative, technology-enabled solutions (including AI/ML and automation) and guiding teams through change. Where needed, convene and manage virtual teams to execute workstreams Identify and establish partnerships with collaborators to build support, secure sponsorship and ensure alignment for project outcomes, end products and/or solutions Evaluate program progress and results against project objectives; communicate progress and results to interested parties and senior leadership

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of supply chain regulatory experience in a technology company
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance
  • Experience in process management and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
