We are seeking an energetic, organized, and compassionate professional to support our growing therapy team while helping create a welcoming and efficient environment for residents, families, and staff. This position offers a consistent schedule in a resident-centered healthcare environment and is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting senior care. Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of medical health experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous medical clerical or healthcare office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the therapy department
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere
  • Schedule therapy appointments and coordinate clinician calendars
  • Support daily administrative operations including data entry, record keeping, and supply management
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, therapists, and facility leadership
  • Assist with insurance verification and billing-related processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations
