We are seeking an energetic, organized, and compassionate professional to support our growing therapy team while helping create a welcoming and efficient environment for residents, families, and staff. This position offers a consistent schedule in a resident-centered healthcare environment and is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting senior care. Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- At least 1 year of medical health experience.
Nice To Haves
- Previous medical clerical or healthcare office experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for the therapy department
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere
- Schedule therapy appointments and coordinate clinician calendars
- Support daily administrative operations including data entry, record keeping, and supply management
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, therapists, and facility leadership
- Assist with insurance verification and billing-related processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations
