Rehab Technician
About The Position
Assists in preparing patient for treatment by Physical and Occupational Therapists/Assistants and Speech Pathologists in acute care, rehab, and outpatient settings. Performs routine tasks and assists therapists during patient treatment activities. Tasks include but are not limited to the following: assisting with transferring patients, managing and tracking equipment, environmental cleaning, taking inventory, stocking supplies, assisting with advanced technology and robotic devices, assisting with feeding group, and transporting patients to and from Rehab Department. Annual competency maintained and documented. Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00 to 4:30
Requirements
- Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
