About The Position

Seeking Therapy Supervisor for large multi-disciplinary clinic. Candidate would join leadership team that includes CM and other Therapy Supervisor, with eventual addition of two PSS Leads. A successful candidate in those role has excellent communication skills, can have difficult conversations, is a great team player, is proactive in solving problems, and wants to create a positive team culture rooted in excellent patient outcomes and employee satisfaction. Candidate would be expected to treat a patient caseload with administrative time built in, but exact hours to be determined by Center Manager.

Requirements

• Valid State License in Physical Therapy required.
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy required.
• Certified BLS required.
