Requirements
- High School Education/GED or equivalent

- Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
Responsibilities
- Schedules patients and responds to patient/therapist requests.
- Maintains patient schedules and obtains pertinent information, while verifying accuracy, recording in appropriate scheduling screens, confirming appointments and following authorization procedures.
- Follows up on cancellations and no-shows.
- Provides quality customer service.
- Provides professional customer service in challenging situations.
- Maintains and organizes information systematically for easy retrieval.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
