Rehabilitation Specialist
About The Position
Provide daily services to adults who have sustained neurological injuries, with focus on cognition, physical functioning and socioemotional development Maintain daily, monthly, and semi-annual documentation in timely and professional manner Frequently work with other team members with goal to provide optimal therapy services to individuals we serve Attend weekly and monthly team meetings relevant to participant progress, program development, and standards set forth by state and accrediting body Assist in creating and adjusting person-centered goals for individuals served alongside full rehabilitation team
Requirements
- Either High School Diploma with three years of rehab experience, Associate’s Degree/technical certification/licensure with one year of related experience, or Bachelor’s Degree in related field with no experience required
- Valid driver’s license, current registration, and insurance
- Effective problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and acute attention to detail required
- Self-motived and detail orientated with ability to multi-task
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
- Commitment to a team-oriented approach, as well as personal and professional growth
