Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • CPR/BCLS certification
  • Six months of experience in an acute or long ‑ term care setting; preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move patients and participate in physical activity
  • Basic computer and phone skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist therapists with patient treatments and prepare patients for sessions
  • Transport, lift, and reposition patients safely throughout the hospital
  • Set up, clean, and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas
  • Manage supply inventory and perform basic clerical tasks
  • Support a safe, confidential, and patient ‑ focused environment
